Job Summary
Collaborate with in-market finance stakeholders to analyze legacy financial structures and map local data to Randstad's global Workday Foundation Data Model. Act as the key point of contact during critical data conversion cycles, coordinating between markets and the implementation partner to guide Data Gathering Workbooks for suppliers, customers, and business assets. Conduct fit-gap analysis sessions to align market-specific reporting needs with standardized global dashboards while troubleshooting data quality issues. Support the adoption of the new Performance Data Model across all global markets as part of the e-one programme.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a role involving financial systems, ERP implementation, or data analysis
- Strong understanding of core financial accounting principles (Chart of Accounts, P&L structure, cost centers)
- Demonstrable experience with large datasets and a solid grasp of data quality and data governance concepts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with Workday Financials, particularly with its Foundation Data Model (FDM) and concepts like worktags
- Experience in a previous data migration or ERP implementation project, preferably in a large, multinational organization
