Job Summary
Global Mobility Operations Specialist (Tier II) at RTX, a remote U.S.-based role within CONUS, focuses on escalation and resolution of global mobility inquiries, vendor escalations, and exception workflows. Partners with Navigators, COE, Immigration Coordinators, Technology, and Operations to ensure policy alignment, SLAs, and robust processes for international assignments and relocations. Supports a global workforce of 1,000+ active assignees and ~200 pending/roating cases; collaborates with ES and COE teams to implement mobility processes, manage complex employee populations, and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure compliant mobility operations. Requires university degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years of Global Mobility experience, HRIS proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- minimum 4 years of Global Mobility experience
- Experience in HRIS systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications
- Domestic and Non-Domestic Global Mobility process experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Experience supporting projects and operational enhancements
- Familiarity with RTX projects, programs, and systems
