Job Summary
Be responsible for delivering IT projects of small scale (up to 6 months) or large scale (up to 12 months), tracing and reporting progress, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives, and managing scope, resources, and budgets. Create and execute project work plans, identify resources, oversee day-to-day operations, review deliverables before client handoff, apply appropriate methodologies, prepare for engagement reviews and QA procedures, minimize risk, ensure documents are complete and stored, track team hours and expenses, analyze project profitability and billing procedures, understand pricing, and contribute to business development. Must demonstrate proficiency in SDLC/methodologies (waterfall, scrum, CMMi), and strong data/tools skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project) with the ability to communicate effectively in English across remote locations.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years IT working experience
- At least 3 years in project management
- Knowledge of SDLC and relevant methodologies (e.g., waterfall, scrum, CMMi)
- Advanced features of PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project
- Ability to work remotely with customers at different locations, including tracking and reporting status
- Able to document and articulate project status in business English
- Good command of English (oral and written)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
