Principal Specialist

Support specific functions and business units in addressing human resources needs by working closely with designated groups, line management, and executive teams. Develop and implement human resources policies for local implementation, while guiding talent management activities and building workforce plans. Resolve escalated employee relation matters by recommending potential changes based on root causes and supporting significant employee life cycle events. This role focuses on HR strategy and execution within AIA Digital+, a technology and analytics innovation hub dedicated to powering AIA to be more efficient, connected, and innovative across Asia-Pacific.
