Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements for Anduril's CorpOS/people systems. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (People, Finance, Legal) to translate requirements into functional/technical solutions and automate key business functions. Analyze current systems to identify improvements; lead system-centric projects with defined scope, timelines, and budgets; integrate with vendors and third-party providers; work with internal software teams to build or buy solutions; provide guidance and training on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred)
- Experience as a sole administrator (limited reliance on external resources to execute on projects)
- Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
- Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25% to visit other offices where hands-on instruction and assistance will be necessary
