Job Summary
Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive technical solution architectures for high-value IT initiatives, owning end-to-end lifecycle from capability assessment to implementation guidance. Architect end-to-end technical solutions that align with business strategy, coordinate across data, security, infrastructure, and development teams, and serve as the primary technical authority on programs. Facilitate workshops and reviews, translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders, and drive collaboration to ensure architectural components meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Strong emphasis on leadership, cross-functional influence, and effective communication to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, etc.) or equivalent professional experience in solution architecture
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years leading solution architecture on large-scale projects
- Extensive background across diverse technologies and architectural approaches (e.g. J2EE, .NET, cloud, mid-range systems, vendor packaged solutions, multi-technology platforms, workflow systems, SOA, data analytics, security)
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrated through experience managing complex technology integration initiatives and directing large cross-functional technical teams
- Outstanding communication abilities to translate, visualize, and explain sophisticated concepts to varied audiences spanning technical and business stakeholders
