Job Summary
Senior Principal Solutions Architect role responsible for advising and delivering full-stack Retool solutions for customers, building Retool applications, integrating the platform into customer stacks, and advising on end-to-end solutions. You will work with customers and system integration partners to scale impact, develop new service offerings, scope and estimate professional services engagements, and lead initiatives to grow the consulting practice. Requires 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles, hands-on full-stack development (SQL, JavaScript, APIs, Python), experience with scalable cloud architectures, and exceptional technical communication to translate customer requirements between business and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
- Exceptional technical communication skills, translating customer requirements between business and technical teams
- Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time solutions during technical discussions
- Comfortable with open-ended problem-solving in unstructured environments
