Principal Solutions Architect | Lab Orchestration

Job Summary
Senior technical leader focused on defining and governing end-to-end architectures for Dotmatics Luma in customer implementations. Acts as the design authority for lab orchestration architectures spanning scientific informatics, data infrastructure, and physical lab systems; shapes functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, security, resilience, observability, and maintainability. Designs integration patterns using technologies such as Apache NiFi, APIs, real-time data streams, and lab automation connectors (SiLA2, LADS, OPC-UA), and defines data ingestion, transformation, and migration approaches for high-frequency, heterogeneous data. Coordinates with Sales, PreSales, Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Siemens DISW teams and aligns with partner ecosystems, including reference architectures and guardrails for digital-physical lab integration. Leads stakeholder engagement as a senior technical advisor to customers, supports partner enablement, and drives architectural maturity across the Delivery organization. Requires 10+ years in automated scientific workflow solutions, enterprise SaaS/hybrid architectures, and familiarity with scientific R&D workflows, lab automation, and regulated environments; degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
