Job Summary
Lead strategic customer engagements from discovery through implementation, architecting end-to-end BigPanda solutions across workflows, integrations, and data design. Partner with senior stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, serve as the escalation point for complex architecture decisions, and drive multiple implementations from kickoff to go-live. Build reusable playbooks and best practices while mentoring other Solutions Architects, acting as a trusted advisor to shape operating-model decisions and secure executive sponsorship. Travel up to 10% for key milestones. This high-impact role within the Professional Services team focuses on helping enterprise customers modernize incident management and realize long-term value from the BigPanda platform.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services
- Deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms
- Track record leading complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and connect technical decisions to business outcomes
- Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments
- Comfortable writing Python or Node.js for integrations, troubleshooting, and solution delivery
- Strong consultative communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience improving team practices through mentoring, reusable assets, or process development
- Detail-oriented and energetic, with a 'get it done' attitude
- Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones
