Job Summary
Lead strategic, high-impact customer engagements from discovery through implementation and value realization. Architect end-to-end BigPanda solutions across workflows, data design, and production go-lives. Partner with senior customer stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and operational transformation priorities. Act as a senior escalation point for complex architecture decisions and mitigate implementation risks. Build reusable playbooks, best practices, and architecture patterns while mentoring other Solutions Architects. Requires deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms; experience leading complex enterprise implementations; ability to influence senior stakeholders; strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills; proficiency in Python or Node.js for integrations and delivery; excellent consultative communication skills; track record of improving team practices through mentoring and process development.
Required Qualifications
