Job Summary
Collaborate with prospects to understand business objectives and translate them into tailored Camunda solutions. Conduct compelling technical presentations and demos for stakeholders, including C-level executives. Lead the design and implementation of Proof of Concepts to showcase software effectiveness. Formulate strategic adoption roadmaps aligned with prospect visions. Work alongside the cross-functional sales team to ensure a cohesive strategy throughout the sales cycle. Convey client feedback to product management and engineering to inform enhancements. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical expertise and strategic impact for Camunda's pre-sales team. You will engage with enterprise customers to solve complex challenges through our process orchestration and automation products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar technical presales role with experience in sales and explaining product benefits to customers
- Must be adept at handling sales objections and achieving the technical win
- Strong Java programming skills
- Deep understanding of how software, cloud services, and enterprise systems work
- A proven aptitude for critical thinking, innovative problem-solving, and tailoring software solutions to meet unique customer challenges and requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English (native or C1/C2 proficiency)
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and collaborating with cross functional teams
- Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, robotic process automation, or related fields
- Understanding of the process automation and orchestration product landscapes
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance Industries
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Comfort with Docker and Kubernetes
