Job Summary
Principal Solution Architect in Professional Services leads transformative planning engagements across AMER, advising senior business and IT leaders to define planning strategies, delivering high-impact Anaplan solutions, and guiding customers on governance and long-term planning maturity. The role designs scalable, high-performing solutions aligned to customer vision, supports pre-sales solutioning and client workshops, and collaborates with sales, product, and services teams to realize value. Focus areas include Finance, Sales Performance Management, or Workforce Planning, with strong emphasis on analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication to translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or enterprise planning solutions (preferably Anaplan, SAP BPC, TM1, Jedox, etc.)
- Strong consulting background with the ability to advise, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving excellence — capable of diagnosing complex business and operational challenges and crafting innovative, pragmatic solutions
- Experience and acumen leading supporting sales pursuits, scoping, estimating, and SOW
- Desire to go deep on product and Applications to bring-to-life focused customer solutions
- Expertise in one or more domains: Finance, and Workforce Planning
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, modelling, and communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-changing, high-value environments
