Job Summary
Principal Solution Architect (Finance) at Anaplan leads transformative planning engagements across AMER, shaping strategy and delivering enterprise planning solutions. Advises and partners with senior business and IT leaders to define planning strategies, designs scalable and high-performing Anaplan solutions aligned to customer goals, and translates complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps. Influences outcomes, collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports pre-sales solutioning and client workshops, and acts as a trusted advisor on governance and long-term planning maturity. The role emphasizes thought leadership, platform expertise in Anaplan Applications, and enabling value realization throughout the customer lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or enterprise planning solutions (preferably Anaplan, SAP BPC, TM1, Jedox, etc.)
- Strong consulting background with the ability to advise, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving excellence — capable of diagnosing complex business and operational challenges and crafting innovative, pragmatic solutions.
- Experience and acumen leading supporting sales pursuits, scoping, estimating, and SOW.
- Desire to go deep on product and Applications to bring-to-life focused customer solutions.
- Expertise in one or more domains: Finance, and Workforce Planning.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, modelling, and communication skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-changing, high-value environments.
