Job Summary
Lead end-to-end technical product demonstrations for C-suite executives and IT heads at prospective banks, articulating platform differentiation in throughput, low latency, and microservices architecture. Own high-stakes Proof of Concept execution by designing tailored solution blueprints for RFP/RFI requirements and overseeing deployment lines. Maintain authoritative mastery of Indian payment rails including UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and RBI E-Kuber, while guiding clients through compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, data localization laws, and RBI mandates. Bridge the gap between core engineering and executive banking clients to address complex architectural queries and mitigate risk concerns for mission-critical transaction volumes. Act as the definitive technical advisor to leadership teams across commercial, retail, and cooperative banks, leveraging deep familiarity with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and HSM integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of working on the technical/engineering side of an established Indian payments technology company
- Direct experience at organizations providing payment switch/core-banking solutions
- Minimum 5-8 years of core technical experience
- At least 3+ years in a client-facing technical sales, solution engineering, or advisory role directly facing Indian banks
- Extensive technical familiarity with the deployable life cycles of core Indian transaction products
- Experience with Real-Time Retail Payments: UPI (Unified Payments Interface), IMPS, and AePS (Aadhar Enabled Payment System)
- Experience with High-Value & Batch Rails: NEFT, RTGS, and direct integrations with the RBI's E-Kuber system
- Experience with Value-Added Systems: BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System), NACH, and comprehensive Card/POS/ATM switching ecosystems

- Ability to debate low-level database deadlocks or API structures with engineering teams
- Ability to deliver a polished, business-value driven presentation to a Bank MD
