Job Summary
Design and govern modular solution architectures for an end-to-end drug discovery engine, defining integration patterns across LIMS, SDMS, and AI/ML systems. Architect closed-loop data pipelines that enable feedback cycles between discovery workflows and AI-ready data platforms. Lead systems integration for lab automation and enterprise platforms, establishing event-driven workflows and observability in automated discovery processes. Partner with scientists, data engineers, and AI researchers to translate scientific workflows into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and regulatory standards. This role supports the Design–Make–Test–Learn (DMTL) closed-loop system using GenAI tools and cloud-native architectures to accelerate differentiated therapy discovery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in solution architecture, platform architecture, or systems integration
- Proven experience delivering large, complex, distributed, data-driven platforms
- Experience in life sciences / pharma R&D environments (preferred)
- Using GenAI tools to facilitate and deliver the architecture design
- Cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- API-led and event-driven integration patterns
- Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or equivalent AI-ready data systems)
- Familiarity with: AI/ML platforms and MLOps ecosystems
- Laboratory systems (LIMS, SDMS) and lab automation environments
- Data engineering and ingestion pipelines
- Understanding of drug discovery workflows (Design–Make–Test–Learn)
