Job Summary
Design and govern modular solution architectures for an end-to-end drug discovery engine, defining integration patterns across LIMS, SDMS, data platforms, and AI/ML systems. Architect closed-loop data generation cycles and support AI-ready pipelines to accelerate discovery outcomes through design–make–test–learn workflows. Lead systems integration for lab automation and enterprise platforms, collaborating with scientists, data engineers, and ML Ops teams to deliver scalable, secure-by-design solutions aligned with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in solution architecture, platform architecture, or systems integration
- Proven experience delivering large, complex, distributed, data-driven platforms
- Experience in life sciences / pharma R&D environments (preferred)
- Using GenAI tools to facilitate and deliver the architecture design
- Cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- API-led and event-driven integration patterns
- Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or equivalent AI-ready data systems)
- Familiarity with: AI/ML platforms and MLOps ecosystems
- Laboratory systems (LIMS, SDMS) and lab automation environments
- Data engineering and ingestion pipelines
- Understanding of drug discovery workflows (Design–Make–Test–Learn)
