Job Summary
Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications, then design and code new software or modify existing systems using Java and related frameworks. Debug defects, integrate software into new operating environments, and develop complex database queries for SQL or NoSQL repositories. Serve as team lead for specific projects, implement algorithms to meet system performance standards, and assist with executing automated test procedures using JUnit and CI/CD pipelines. Apply industry best practices for version control and build automation while writing or reviewing system documentation. Requires 20 years of experience in programs and contracts with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI and Full Scope Poly
- Twenty (20) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes
