Job Summary
Lead custom AI B2B solutions from consultation through deployment, focusing on greenfield projects built from scratch for leading clients. Drive full SDLC ownership while collaborating with a team of highly skilled engineers to solve complex problems. Leverage strong backend engineering expertise in languages like Java, Python, or Scala to design and build unique products. Communicate effectively with customers to discover needs and mentor engineers within a high-aptitude, engineering-driven culture. Requires a track record at Principal Engineer level or readiness to step up, with versatility in backend and data engineering. Fully remote within Ireland, EU, or UK for those with appropriate passports.
Required Qualifications
- Very strong high-aptitude backend engineering
- Building products with ample greenfield experience
- You have worked for a company with a high-bar engineering culture
- Track record at Principal Engineer level or you are ready to step up to be a Principal Engineer
- Full SDLC experience
- You have versatile experience from backend engineering, data engineering, you understand infrastructure
- You have a desire to learn & a track record of learning throughout your career
- You do not need AI experience but you need to be interested in learning AI
- Experience in any backend language such as Java, Scala, C#, .NET, C, C++, Python, Ruby, Kotlin, Django, etc
- You must have an EU or UK passport
