Job Summary
Architect and build cutting-edge software solutions using Go, Python, React, and TypeScript to transform risk assessment in financial decision-making. Collaborate with C-level executives and product leaders to define technical strategy and roadmap while ensuring systems remain robust, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations. Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team through end-to-end solution implementation and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain technological leadership in FinTech.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in Golang, Python, React, and TypeScript, or similar languages, with a solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development
- Experience delivering complex software projects in a corporate environment, preferably in FinTech or a related industry
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams to successfully deliver on product roadmaps
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of driving strategic initiatives and influencing product development and direction
Desired Qualifications
- Strong background in financial systems, risk assessment, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the financial or similar sectors a plus
