Job Summary
Lead strategy and development across iOS mobile applications, providing architectural direction and guidance for current and future Mobile platform engineering efforts. Create durable, reusable software frameworks, drive adoption of modern development methodologies, and translate complex technical issues for leadership to inform technology decisions. Influence cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and champion diversity and inclusion while delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality mobile products. Demonstrates formal training or certification in software engineering and 10+ years of mobile engineering experience with Swift/Objective-C and cloud-native capabilities. A high-impact technical leader who can drive innovation across products and technology portfolios and communicate effectively with executives.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 10+ years of mobile engineering experience (iOS)
- Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for commercially used digital platforms
- Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C
- Extensive cloud native experience
- Experience influencing across functions and delivering value at scale
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder-influencing skills
