Job Summary
Manage critical technology data accuracy and relationships across the organization by working with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB capabilities. Develop, configure, and maintain discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and automation solutions to improve data quality and support enterprise technology environments. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure information used in service management processes is trustworthy and fit for purpose. Required Qualifications
- Strong experience working with ServiceNow Discovery, including discovery schedules, credentials and MID Servers
- Experience managing and improving CMDB data quality, relationships and configuration management practices
- Ability to develop, configure and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors and automation solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, infrastructure, networking and modern platforms
- Ability to collaborate with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance and technical expertise
