Job Summary
Design and implement application-level architecture for complex divisional projects using Java and Python. Develop test strategies, automate web applications with Selenium and Karate, and validate REST APIs using RestAssured and Postman. Monitor DevOps Jenkins pipelines, troubleshoot file changes, and manage data storage across Oracle, Snowflake, and Postgres. Establish full project life cycle plans, coordinate schedules, and advise senior management on technical strategy and risk assessment. Mentor junior team members while translating divisional initiatives into business solutions and conducting comprehensive documentation for multiple subsystems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent)
- Five (5) years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) implementing test automation infrastructure within software development lifecycle
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent)
- Three (3) years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) implementing test automation infrastructure within software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated Expertise performing functional, regression, Inter System, End to End (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing using HP Quality Center, SQL Server Management Studio, or SOA Test
- Demonstrated Expertise reviewing Test Plan, Test Cases, and traceability metrics to ensure standards are followed, using Test Rail or JIRA
- Demonstrated Expertise designing, developing, and implementing automation test frameworks, using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and JUNIT to support and maintain client applications
- Demonstrated Expertise conducting Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) testing operations designed for Oracle databases, using TOAD or SQL Server Management Studio
- Demonstrated Expertise performing day-to-day quality assurance activities on Web applications, databases, and API validations, using Oracle DB, UNIX, Java, JUnit, and JavaScript
- Valid driver's license
