Job Summary
Ship high-quality code daily while owning the architecture and technical roadmap for a core domain. Mentor senior and staff engineers as the technical escalation point for toughest challenges, and act as a thought leader in the enterprise AI space. Guide early technical architecture decisions, represent the company externally through talks and open-source contributions, and drive cross-org initiatives with measurable business impact. Handle incident response and post-mortems for critical issues, while hiring and interviewing for senior roles to raise the bar for engineering talent. Establish engineering culture, help the product team craft vision and strategy, and push the frontier of what's possible with Enterprise AI.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional development experience
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree (Computer Science preferred)
- Experience and desire to own new products from zero to one, from system design to implementation to deployment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience and comfort using AI aggressively to improve velocity with looping, reinforcement
- Deep expertise in at least two of: distributed systems, data pipelines, AI/ML infrastructure, security, or frontend architecture at scale
- Proven ability to lead without direct authority; influenced technical direction across team boundaries
- Experience defining SLAs, SLOs, and running production systems at scale with strong operational discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Computer Science preferred
