Job Summary
Architect cloud-native, serverless systems on AWS, defining roadmaps for large-scale, self-healing, event-driven platforms. Lead serverless engineering to deliver performant, cost-optimized solutions; drive adoption of Generative and Agentic AI; serve as the platform-owner and trusted advisor bridging Product, Security, and DevOps. Requires 10+ years in software engineering with AWS mastery, deep expertise in AWS-native services (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, RDS), and full-stack capabilities (React, TypeScript, Node.js), plus leadership and architectural vision to guide complex, long-term maintainability.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering with mastery of the AWS ecosystem
- AWS Solutions Architect (Professional) or equivalent
- Ambiguity management and high-impact problem solving
- Influence and mentoring of senior talent
- Full-Stack fluency across architecture, SQL optimization, and modern React UIs
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with mastery of the AWS ecosystem
- AWS Solutions Architect (Professional) or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and mentor senior engineers
- Experience with serverless architectures on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, S3)
- Full-stack capability including React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL optimization
- Experience with IaC, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows
- Ability to drive architectural vision and platform ownership
- Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD), CQRS, SOLID, and event-driven patterns
- Ambiguity-management and problem-solving in high-impact, blueprint-less contexts
- Interest in Generative and Agentic AI integrations
