Job Summary
Design, architect, and deliver complex software systems that span multiple teams and technologies while driving technical strategy and architectural decision-making. Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps, champion engineering excellence through code reviews and testing standards, and simplify systems to improve developer productivity. Serve as a technical mentor and trusted advisor to engineers across the organization, leading technical assessments and managing risk on high-impact projects. Promote the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to enhance delivery velocity. Contribute hands-on to software development using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript while influencing technical direction without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
