Job Summary
Lead consequential engineering initiatives across all Array products by defining success in ambiguous environments and driving work from uncertainty to measurable outcomes. Simplify complex systems by improving architecture, platforms, and engineering practices to enhance scalability and operability. Shape technical direction by aligning teams around the right path and turning strategy into execution while multiplying team effectiveness through coaching and reusable patterns. Own high-leverage problems across domains without formal authority, using code, architecture, and production systems to build context. Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster. Work remotely with full self-direction, communicating proactively and surfacing problems with solutions.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- experience operating at Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope
- Significant experience designing, building, and operating complex production systems
- breadth across architecture, delivery, reliability, performance, and operations
