Principal Software Developer - TEG (strong AWS background required)

Principal Software Developer to lead the architectural evolution of TEG Manager®, Haemonetics' centralized hemostasis management platform. Drive architectural strategy, governance, and end-to-end design for device connectivity, data ingestion, and REST API integration with hospital systems. Mentor engineers, collaborate with product and regulatory stakeholders to satisfy rigorous regulatory standards, and deliver scalable, high-availability, event-driven systems that support real-time clinical data in operating rooms, ICUs, and emergency departments. Key duties include defining architectural strategy, governing design decisions, leading hands-on innovation, mentoring the team, managing technical debt and performance, and aligning architecture with regulatory and commercial objectives. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in principal/architect roles, and deep expertise in C# or Java/Python, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud AWS, with security/compliance experience (OIDC, SAML2, SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA).
