Job Summary
Lead the SiFA lab infrastructure to enable FI, PFA, and SQE teams in root-cause semiconductor issues; own day-to-day lab operations, facilities, utilities, and tool enablement while driving safety, compliance, and governance; define and execute a multi-year roadmap to scale lab capacity for future silicon nodes and packaging challenges; partner with facilities, EHS, IT, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to ensure high availability, reliability, and secure lab operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor, R&D, or high-precision lab infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience with capital equipment enablement, facilities coordination, and vendor management
- Strong multi-functional leadership, communication, and execution skills
