Job Summary
Principal, Senior Project Manager to lead IT transformation projects in London, delivering a blend of project management and business analysis with a hands-on, agile approach. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with business leaders to develop technology roadmaps, analyzing proposed projects, producing business cases and requirements, leading delivery with internal and external resources, ensuring data quality with Data Quality & Data Governance teams, collaborating with Data Modelling and Reporting teams to drive improvements in reporting and analytics, and managing external vendors and outsource providers. The role requires strong stakeholder management, robust project management, budgeting, and the ability to operate across strategic and delivery-focused activities while guiding third-party partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in asset management, private assets, or other buy-side investment firm
- Experience leading project delivery within Agile Scrum
- Knowledge of data platforms and medallion architecture
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate into requirements
- Strong communication and senior stakeholder management experience
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and budgeting
