Principal / Senior Product Manager, Institution Onboarding Experience (KYB)

Job Summary
Own and define the end-to-end institutional onboarding experience (KYB) for enterprise clients, including document collection, entity verification, and account activation, while translating regulatory and risk requirements into scalable product solutions. Collaborate with Compliance, operations, and business teams to design onboarding workflows that are secure, audit-ready, and user-friendly; identify friction points in the customer journey and drive improvements using data, research, and experimentation. Lead cross-functional efforts across technical, compliance, and product stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable solutions, and enable seamless onboarding for large institutions. 5+ years of product management experience in B2B/fintech or enterprise platforms; experience with onboarding, identity verification, or enterprise account experiences; strong analytical, user-first mindset, and ability to translate regulatory needs into product requirements. Nice-to-haves include familiarity with institutional KYC/KYB, AML, workflow automation, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.
