Job Summary

Support logistics engineering activities from a program's concept and proposal phases through development, test, production, and post-production support. Analyze technical data to develop logistics data, create/update reports such as task analysis and maintenance plans, and perform/develop Level of Repair Analysis (LORA). Develop maintenance concepts to ensure affordable and effective mission readiness solutions while sustaining system operations. Provide regular status updates to the Integrated Product Team on logistics analysis and support activities. Work full-time onsite at the Woodland Hills, CA facility with a Secret clearance requirement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or life cycle support environments
  • Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or life cycle support environments
  • PhD. plus 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or life cycle support environments
  • Experience in developing/generating various types of logistics supportability analysis in accordance with MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-PRF-49506
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis modeling
  • PC mastery with Microsoft Windows Office Products, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation skills and ability to interface directly with internal program office and external customer
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at the Woodland Hills, CA facility

  • Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience in logistics or life cycle support environments
  • PhD. plus 4 year of relevant experience in logistics or life cycle support environments
  • Experience in logistics or life cycle support environments
  • Experience in developing/generating various types of logistics supportability analysis in accordance with MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-PRF-49506
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis modeling
  • Knowledge of Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis modeling
  • U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret Security Clearance within a timeframe set forth by management
  • Possess active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university
  • Experience in military maintenance and sustainment support
  • Engineering design background generating new designs, models, and drawings
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive change in an organization
  • Experience supporting procurement activities to meet demanding build schedules
  • Experience developing LSA products in accordance with MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-PRF-49506 in LSA database tools such as EAGLE or SLICwave
  • Experience with Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation
  • Previous experience using LSA data to develop either technical data, technical publications, Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETMs), or training products
