Job Summary
Lead high-impact consulting engagements for VP+ stakeholders, shaping strategic direction and delivering actionable recommendations that address client priorities in life sciences. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Advisory Services and the DTAS ecosystem to design integrated solutions leveraging AI/ML, digital health, and next-gen commercial architectures. Act as a trusted strategic thought partner, owning client engagements end-to-end to drive satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and exceed assigned revenue targets. Contribute to firm visibility through thought leadership and external engagement while mentoring team members to maintain consulting excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 12 years' professional experience in consulting or the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
- demonstrated career progression
- Strong commitment to and experience within the life sciences and/or healthcare space
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, developing people, and delivering high‐impact client engagements
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships grounded in trust, partnership, and mutual value creation
- Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as needed
