Job Summary
Develops and integrates advanced technology to reduce aircraft detectability in the electromagnetic spectrum, implementing predictive analysis codes and building physical models. Designs, develops, and builds test and verification equipment while working with multidisciplinary engineers to optimize Low Observable platform integration. Performs RCS analysis, signature integration, and testing using CAE/FEA tools and specialized programming languages. Requires a Secret clearance, full-time on-site presence in Melbourne, Florida, and up to 25% travel. Candidates must hold a STEM degree with 5–8 years of experience depending on level.

- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline
- 5 years of related engineering experience
- Master's Degree in a STEM
- 3 years of related engineering experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline
- 8 years of related engineering experience
- Master's degree in a STEM discipline
- 6 years of related engineering experience
- PhD in a STEM discipline
- 4 years of related engineering experience
- Applied electromagnetics and/or aircraft survivability
- comprehensive understanding of electromagnetic energy transmission through space and within materials
- Experience in one or more CAD software solutions such as CATIA, Unigraphics, or NX
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation)
- any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of as determined by the Company
- The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility
- There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position
- Travel up to 25% may be required

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in signature integration, RCS design, analysis, and testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use CAE and/or FEA tools (i.e. FMS, Patran, Cubit, etc.)
- Proven experience with 3D Method of Moments (MoM) such as SENTRi
- Proven experience with 3D Physical Optics (PO) codes such as Xpatch
- Programming experience in C++, MATLAB, Python, or other highly technical languages
- Knowledge and ability with RCS data processing tools, such as Knowbell, Saber, or Pioneer
- An active U.S. Government issued Top Secret security clearance and/or previous SAP/SAR clearance
