Job Summary
Apply MS&A techniques to accelerate capability delivery through mission studies, system-of-system trades, and performance analysis. Conduct analysis-of-alternatives and mission architecture trades across offensive and defensive orders of battle, formations, and equipment. Utilize MSE&A frameworks to evaluate Concepts of Employments, Operations, and Design Reference Missions, linking system requirements to mission threads. Develop large-scale data analytics and probabilities using design of experiment techniques. Perform operational and mission effectiveness analysis while developing and integrating simulation frameworks, threat models, and command and control models. Model operational environments, recommend alternative architectures, and develop advanced graphical user interfaces for visualization.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- A current/active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain/maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, a Master's degree with 3 years of experience or a PhD with 1 year of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or related technical fields
- Additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience in modeling, simulation, experimentation, and analysis for operations
- Experience with analytical modeling tools like MATLAB, STK, or similar environments
- Experience with combat simulation environments such as AFSIM and/or Brawler
- Experience with programming languages like Python, C/C++, as well as scripting in Linux/Windows environments
- Experience with statistics, design of experiments, and high-performance computing
- Experience with DoD testing and acquisition principles
- Hands-on experience in developmental testing, planning, and execution of weapon tests
- 100% on-site work availability
- 10% travel availability
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or related technical fields
- Active Top Secret Clearance or higher
- Experience with JMP, R, or other domain specific environments supporting data exploration, visualization, and statistical analysis
- Domain experience in simulations of RF, EOIR, Communications, or related systems
- Understanding of the Systems Engineering and Integration & Test processes
- Experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies
