Job Summary
Principal Security Technology Strategist role within Citrix/Cloud Software Group, focusing on advancing security DNA across customer teams, guiding product development to meet customer security needs, and leading multi-product proof-of-concept solutions and demonstrations for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include delivering security-focused guidance to sales, communicating security strategy to diverse audiences, coordinating cross-functional resources for customer success, and influencing product requirements and adoption of Citrix security solutions. Requires deep cybersecurity expertise, strong communication, and travel to customer sites and events.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of presales, sales engineer, solution engineer, field CTO, or consulting experience
- 10+ years supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions
- Familiarity with application security, browser security, IAM, and ZTNA
- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity solutions and design best practices
- Ability to travel to customer sites, corporate offices, and events
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience
- Hands on experience with data protection, digital forensics and incident management, web application security, networking, enterprise browser, remote access, Zero Trust, IAM, web proxy, RBAC, VDI, DaaS, application delivery networking, etc.
- Experience with public cloud and hyper-scalers including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform
- Security Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP)
- Understanding of cloud security standards such as NIST, CIS, CSA
