Job Summary
Lead security technology strategy for enterprise customers in North America. Collaborate with account teams to broaden security DNA across Infrastructure, Networking, and End User Computing; guide customers from problem discovery to solution development and implementation; design multi-product proof-of-concept solutions; deliver remote or on-site product demonstrations; overcome objections and drive adoption of Citrix security solutions; coordinate cross-functional resources and align with functional leadership to improve product adoption and sales renewal. Requires mastery-level knowledge of cybersecurity, extensive customer-facing presenting, and the ability to tailor demonstrations to audiences from CISOs to hands-on practitioners; travel to customer sites and events in North America. Preferred background includes a Bachelor’s in CS (or related field), deep experience across application security, browser security, IAM, ZTNA, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and security analytics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of presales, sales engineer, solution engineer, field CTO, or consulting experience
- 10+ years supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions
- Familiarity with application security, browser security, IAM, and ZTNA
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites, corporate offices, and events
- Hands on experience with data protection, digital forensics and incident management, web application security, networking, enterprise browser, remote access, Zero Trust, Identity Access Management (IAM), web proxy, RBAC
- Security Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP)
- Understanding of cloud security standards
