Job Summary
Lead Solana workstreams end to end, from architecture and implementation through audit preparation, deployment, and post-launch hardening. Design the confidential token standard and SDK patterns for the SVM, defining idiomatic patterns for primitives with no Solana precedent. Build production-grade programs where security is the primary constraint, and raise the team's standards by reviewing work and shortening ramp times. Represent OpenZeppelin in the ecosystem by engaging with the Solana Foundation, publishing open-source libraries, and contributing to standards discussions. Use AI as a core daily tool to build agents and workflows that compound team leverage. Collaborate with blockchain security researchers on cross-team threat analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years building on Solana in production
- Demonstrated ability to lead the work
- Deep SVM fluency
- Anchor and beneath it

- Fluency in client facing communication (English)
