Job Summary
Facilitate squad delivery by removing impediments, leading Agile ceremonies, and acting as a trusted coach to embody Our Ways of Working. Create and maintain JIRA projects, manage backlogs, and ensure traceability through metrics dashboards while overseeing resource allocation in PPM. Liaise with Product Owners and stakeholders to support quarterly reviews, chair key meetings, and manage release planning per Change Management policy. Mitigate risks by monitoring controls and ensuring projects meet SDP and DPA audit requirements. As an Associate Director, lead the community of Scrum Masters and guide the squad on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of agile methodology
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Understanding of the end-to-end Institutional post trade Derivatives lifecycle highly desirable
- Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols (e.g., SQL, MQ, Sftp, MS azure, XLST) an advantage
