Job Summary
Lead Scott Elementary as the instructional and organizational leader, guiding development and implementation of rigorous instructional programs, promoting data-driven decision-making to improve student achievement, and fostering a safe, inclusive school culture. Oversee staff supervision and evaluation, coaching and professional development, and engage families and community partners. Manage school operations, budgeting and compliance with district, state, and federal policies while advancing district strategic initiatives and ensuring social-emotional learning and equitable opportunities for all students.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in educational leadership, curriculum, or related field
- Valid Colorado Principal License (or eligibility for licensure) issued by the Colorado Department of Education
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful classroom or related instructional experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or leadership experience (assistant principal, dean, instructional coach, or equivalent)
