Principal Scientist - Agentic Product

Lead end-to-end technical architecture and hands-on buildout of Adobe's Agentic Product across the full stack, including LLM integration, agentic reasoning layers, API surfaces, and platform-specific delivery across desktop, mobile, and web. Drive production deployment of the agent, translating prototype capabilities into scalable, reliable systems with a focus on model orchestration, tool use, memory management, and evaluation infrastructure. Champion AI-assisted engineering practices using tools like Claude Code and Codex to raise code quality and accelerate delivery. Guide engineers toward new workflows where AI is a first-class collaborator, shape developer experience, and stay current with evolving model capabilities. Collaborate across platform, infrastructure, data, and security teams to ensure a robust foundation with guardrails and observability. Mentor senior and staff engineers, establishing technical standards and elevating the team's capability in agentic engineering. Strong hands-on expertise with LLMs, agentic systems, and experience delivering AI-enabled developer workflows.
