Job Summary
Create complex, specialized content without supervision and manage end-to-end publication and medical education processes in PromoMats/iEnvision. Develop and maintain therapeutic area expertise while coaching senior and junior writers on best practices. Define stakeholder engagement strategies, partner on medical communication plans, and implement tactical process improvements within the department. Provide strategic support to individuals and institutions for publications, collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation, and design action plans based on end-user feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in content creation in particular Medical Communication (Publications, Medical Education) domain for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or academia
- Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
Desired Qualifications
- >4 years of experience in leadership role
