Job Summary
Principal SAP FICO Analyst responsible for leading CO functional workshops, owning the CO support queue, driving CO customizations, and ensuring SAP CO integration with MM, GL, AP, and PS within an ERP/SAP environment. Role requires evaluating, configuring, testing, and implementing enterprise-wide SAP CO solutions (S/4 HANA), knowledge of GR/IR, price variance, and material accounting. Willingness to work weekends/on-call and participate in cross-functional projects; remote work available (not location-specific). Preferred SAP Certifications and experience with S/4 HANA, Fiori, CATS, and Redwood for automated job streams. Primary level salary range: $94,200–$141,200 with potential overtime/bonuses depending on experience. Northrop Grumman offers benefits, flexible work arrangements, and a 9/80 schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 5 Years with relevant experience with a Bachelors in IT, Accounting, Business, or related field; 3 Years with Masters; or 1 Year with PhD.
- 5 years SAP CO module experience with implementation and production support
- Willingness to work occasional weekends/on-call
- 2-3 full life cycle SAP projects in CO
- Experience with SAP CO in S/4 HANA implementations/upgrades
- Experience with MM, GL, AP, PS integration
- SAP Certifications (preferred)
- Experience with Redwood for job-streams (preferred)
- Experience with S/4 HANA and Fiori/CATS (preferred)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs
