Job Summary
Own and lead end-to-end sales operations initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and revenue outcomes. Serve as a subject-matter expert for sales operations processes and tools, develop dashboards and executive-ready insights, and translate complex data into clear business guidance for leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Product, and IT to align systems and data, mentor junior analysts, and ensure data integrity across the quote-to-cash process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytics role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, and Ai Tools
- Experience with enterprise ERP and business intelligence tools (Oracle preferred)
- Understanding of data warehousing, and multi-system data flows is a plus
