Job Summary
Principal Risk Adjustment Consultant drives analytical strategies to optimize Medicare Risk Adjustment (RA) performance, delivering actionable insights, building interactive visualizations, and providing strategic advisory services to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Core responsibilities include analyses for revenue optimization, risk forecasts, HCC coding logic, RADV audits, Medicare segmentation, data & logic governance. Builds dynamic dashboards, interprets CMS model updates affecting risk adjustment analytics, and translates technical coding, regulatory, and statistical nuances into clear business recommendations for executive leadership. Requires strong SQL, Python, R, and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI); experience communicating with senior leaders and managing multiple analytics projects in parallel. Preferred qualifications include Deep RA experience, Alteryx/Airflow automation, GitHub for version control, Agile/PMP methodologies, and exposure to predictive models and ML pipelines.
