Lead Material Science and Engineering efforts for solid oral drug product development, overseeing lab operations and characterization, guiding project assessments, defining sampling and testing plans, developing models (population balance) to de-risk development, and supervising a team to ensure manufacturability. Requires advanced degrees in chemical engineering with substantial related experience; strong collaboration and communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
- 16 years of related work experience for Master’s degree pathway or 8 years for PhD pathway
- PhD in chemical engineering or equivalent experience with related work experience
- Proven ability to innovate with a history of new or improved product releases
- Excellent oral & written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
