Job Summary
Lead modeling efforts within the Biologics CMC Developability Team to build mechanistic and statistical models of protein stability and formulation behavior, leveraging ML-ready data and high-throughput instrumentation. Represent the group in internal and external modeling communities, collaborate with Discovery, Development Science Digital Transformation, and Information Research, and potentially design molecules and wet-lab studies to generate data for model refinement. May execute in vitro experiments and coordinate developability assessments on 1-2 Discovery Projects. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills required; candidate should be able to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to publications and patent applications. Relevant experience with predictive ML, deep learning, feature attribution, and model interpretability in protein stability or formulation contexts is expected, along with a track record of solving complex scientific problems.
Required Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines
