Job Summary
Design and evolve ResearchOps infrastructure by assessing fragmented workflows and creating plans to connect them into cohesive, scalable systems. Establish standardized governance frameworks, rationalize research tools and vendors, and develop processes for participant recruitment to drive velocity and efficacy. Own operational strategy by forecasting capacity, tracking OKRs, and partnering with Legal, Finance, and Security to streamline approvals and compliance. Mentor junior team members and translate operational constraints into executive-ready insights while aligning roadmaps with product strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in ResearchOps, UX Research, Program Management, or similar operational role
- Demonstrated experience in both doing the day-to-day work of research operations while designing scalable systems
- Experience managing vendor contracts and research tooling ecosystems
- Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Finance, or Security
- Bachelor's degree
