Job Summary
Lead RAM analyses (RAM, MTBF, MTBCF, Ao) and Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) as part of RAM program activities; define RAM requirements and assess RAM performance; maintain Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) data, including MTBF/MTBCF and system models such as Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD); support proposal development with Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for RAM work; track Earned Value (EV) and provide status on schedule and budget; collaborate across disciplines (Reliability, System Safety, Supportability) to ensure safe, reliable, and maintainable products delivered on time; role is onsite at Marlborough, MA with minimal travel (approximately 10%), and requires the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance (Secret). Also notes relocation is eligible and the role is based in the U.S. government defense context.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in Reliability, Failure Analysis, and/or Quality Engineering
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility for security clearance (DoD Clearance: Secret)
