Job Summary
Lead with purpose to develop reliability studies, DOE constructs, and risk analyses for new product development while guiding design and testing strategies to meet product reliability objectives. Responsibilities include performing reliability analyses, planning environmental and QA testing, compiling performance data and process control statistics, proposing design or formulation changes to improve reliability, and mentoring early-career quality professionals. Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential to communicate risks and ensure compliance with design controls and verification activities. Sponsorship for U.S. work authorization is offered at Principal level and above.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree AND minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience OR PhD with 3 years relevant experience
- Experience planning Quality deliverables, timeline, and resource needs
- Strong understanding of design controls
- Proficient in leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization with the ability to clearly communicate Quality risks, compliance concerns, and impacts to the Core Team Leader
- Nice to Have: Working knowledge in multiple quality disciplines: Risk Management; Supplier Quality; Change Management; Reliability Engineering; Verification, Validation, and Testing Oversight; and Launch and Post-Market Readiness
