Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical niche construction, facilities, manufacturing, engineering, and leadership roles supporting Micron's Global Operations and New York expansion. Partner with senior business leaders to develop hiring strategies, workforce plans, and talent market approaches while leveraging market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and address talent risks. Establish and maintain relations with local workforce development organizations, community leaders, and industry associations to strengthen the employment brand and build sustainable talent pipelines. Serve as a recruiting thought partner for university relations and community college engagement, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and the Boise expansion team to share guidelines and market intelligence. Utilize AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent intelligence solutions to improve candidate identification, engagement, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, operational, leadership, construction, manufacturing, or other difficult-to-fill positions
- Experience developing candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, or talent attraction activities
- Eligibility to travel as required to support hiring events, stakeholder meetings, and recruiting initiatives

- Proven success driving recruiting outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments, including large-scale expansions, workforce ramps, and greenfield initiatives
- Demonstrable ability to influence senior leaders and hiring teams on talent strategy, workforce planning, and hiring decisions
- Experience recruiting for semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, construction, facilities, operations, or related technical industries
- Proven partnership with business leaders, universities, workforce development organizations, and community collaborators to build talent pipelines
- Tech-savvy recruiter with strong awareness of AI-enabled recruiting practices and a track record of bringing to bear technology to improve recruiting efficiency
